Are You a Domestic Terrorist?

Do you:
  1. reject federal authority in favor of state or local authority?
  2. believe abortion is wrong?
  3. do you oppose illegal immigration?
  4. are you clinging to your religion?
  5. or your guns?
  6. believe the expansion of "social programs" is harmful?
  7. believe in the freedom of speech?
  8. and the freedom to assemble?
  9. believe taxation without representation is wrong?
  10. and wow! are you a returning vet?
Then your government thinks you are a......

Radicalized Rightwing Extremist

Tea Party Day

*****"I don't know about cultural phenomenon, but I'll tell you what," Santelli said. "I think that this tea party phenomenon is steeped in American culture and steeped in American notion to get involved with what's going on with our government. I haven't organized. I'm going to have to work to pay my taxes, so I'm not going to be able to get away today. But, I have to tell you - I'm pretty proud of this. Rick Santelli, CNBC’s “Squawk Box” April 15

Should You Attend a Tea Party?

THEY DID IT FOR YOU. NOW DO IT FOR THEM

*****"On Wednesday, April 15th, thousands of Americans who have never before protested anything in their lives are going to be taking some hours from their busy workdays to go out into streets and show the Statists that they are not simply going to roll over and hand over the fruits of their labor to fund this growing aneurysm known as the Federal Government." read the rest at Pajama Media

This "right wing extremist" will be attending the Tea Party in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho.

Some Observations:

  1. President Barack Obama seized the opportunity on tax-filing day to assert that his administration is easing the tax burden of working people. If you say something often enough, no matter how ridiculous, the sheeple will believe it to be true.
  2. Kabul - A group of some 1,000 Afghans swarmed a demonstration of 300 women protesting against a new conservative marriage law on Wednesday. The women were pelted with small stones as police struggled to keep the two groups apart. Lovely!
  3. "The White House says the president is unaware of the tea parties and will hold his own event today," ABC's Dan Harris said on "Good Morning America" on April 15. Right! And I'm tall and thin /sarcasm
  4. Would it have been ok to mock and ridicule Susan Boyle if she couldn't sing?

Well, I'm basically 10 for 10!

I've expanded my post on this story over on my blog with some analysis of Nepalatano's statement today claiming that the department wasn't targeting people based on viewpoint. Basically, the report's own text says otherwise. So, she's either lying or she doesn't know what's in the report. In either case, she shouldn't be a cabinet level secretary.

Of course, the Obamanistas understand quite well what's in the report. Nationalize business, take over the banks, marginalize or elminate organized opposition. Right out of the fascist playbook.

Just to be clear, I'm not a returning vet -- or a vet of any kind. So, I am only claiming 9 out of the 10 for myself. I need to read your posts more carefully become I comment!

Cheers!

I wasn't aware of the tea party thing - really. I've been out of touch. I think regular network news has been ignoring it.

What's the deal with Susan Boyle?

I wonder if I'm getting alzheimers? Seriously.

I saw that about Susan Boyle and I thought the very same thing!

I cried...not at her song...but at HOW SURPRISED they were that she could sing. Why the hell SHOULDN'T she be able to sing? No one said you had to be pretty or well spoken to be able to sing well.

damn Brits pissed me off. course it would've been the same in America, honestly.

oh, I'm not a returning vet....but I DO have a beautiful .38 special....

MM - .38 special - my favorite! (Except, of course, when I had my Thompson sub - now that baby kicked butt!!

...and wasn't the sight of all those people rolling their eyes before Susan sang rather sick? When did we become so crude?? Besides, I thought she was charming and couldn't really figure out what they were all snickering about.

Sub, Mark, Joe, Larry, Packie - we can all be in a cell together. We'll need a curtain for the potty, though....

Lola - check out what I just said to MightyMom. Didn't you think Susan was charming. She is someone I would love to sit and have coffee or tea with...
